Apache Lane, Red and White Oak, Refinish

The Apache Lane project was a refinish of existing hardwood and series of additions in need of sanding and finishing, requiring a series of return trips with quick turn-arounds. The dark stain finish throughout, including staircase and railing, popped against the white walls and trim, ideal for either traditional or contemporary décor.

Project Details:

  • 1000 sq ft Solid Wood

  • Random Width Floor: 2 ¼” Red Oak, 1 ½” White Oak

  • Existing Construction and Additions

  • Upstairs & Main Level, Staircase & Railing

  • Sanding, Water Popping, Stain Finish, Final Coat, Retro Fit Mount Floor Vents
